Transfer Credential Coordinator

This position assists with transfer, readmit, and non-degree application processing, and the evaluation and processing of transfer credit and ‘other’ credit to include Advanced Placement, Cambridge, dual enrollment, and International Baccalaureate, ensuring that credit is appropriately evaluated, programmed, and posted to the record and Webs. This position represents the office, exercising strong public relations skills in dealing with both telephone inquiries and in-person inquiries and dealing with special problems concerning the transferability of courses and the system transfer equivalency catalog.

Starting at $33,279 Commensurate with Education and Experience

Required Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience that equates to a high school diploma. 

• Customer service and/or public relations experience.
• Experience working with confidential records.
