Director of Recruitment, Admissions, and Orientation

The position provides leadership, direction, and oversight of all recruitment, admission, and orientation responsibilities to support students in successfully navigating credit and non-credit enrollment at TCTC. The position ensures programming and processes maintain regulatory and policy compliance, meet the highest quality and care standards, and follow best practices. This position is a critical aspect of the College providing knowledge, leadership, guidance, and strategic vision in the recruitment and initial transition experience of TCTC students.
