This position provides student information system support and technical assistance to the Office of the Registrar and other campus partner offices. The position will primarily focus on support for the degree audit information system, but support for other information systems will be expected as well. Support includes diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, coordination and testing of system upgrades, and communication with end users on system issues, resolutions, and changes. This position is also responsible for performing cyclical office procedures such as end-of-term final grades processing, and academic standing calculation and processing. General office technical support will occasionally be required.
