Assistant Director of Admissions/Enrollment Services

The Assistant Director of Enrollment Services assists the Senior Director, Enrollment Services (Troy Campus) with all aspects of management of the Troy Campus Admissions Office. Duties and functions of the Assistant Director will be centered in the areas of planning for recruitment, scholarship management, budget management, visitation, special events, data analysis, and personnel management. The Assistant Director also serves as back-up support for recruitment territories and may be expected to travel accordingly.

 

The Assistant Director will possess a strong working knowledge of freshman and transfer recruitment and enrollment, scholarship management, and CRM applications. Effective coordination with the rest of Enrollment Management and other divisions on campus is also expected.  Other responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the Senior Director.
