The Applied Learning Program Director leads the development, coordination, and continuous improvement of Applied Learning Experiences (ALEs) across the university. This role is responsible for advancing the integration of ALEs into academic and co-curricular programs, supporting faculty and staff in implementing high-impact practices, and ensuring ALEs contribute meaningfully to student learning and institutional goals. The Director collaborates with assessment personnel, manages communication efforts, and supports the long-term sustainability of the ALE initiative—guiding its implementation and growth as an enduring component of the university’s educational mission.
