Senior Associate Registrar for Technology and Operations

The Senior Associate Registrar for Technology and Operations oversees the planning, implementation, and delivery of Registrar's services and student/academic information to the University community, including compliance reporting, production of data queries and reports, the registration process, the grading process, production of diplomas, and general system coordination. Completes mandatory state and federal surveys of student and academic data and fulfills compliance requirements. Oversees implementation of new functionality and systems involving student or academic data. Liaison role within and outside the Registrar's Office to assure that technical services are responsive to the needs and policies of the academic community. Accountable for the security of student data as guided by FERPA regulations. Oversees development and delivery of FERPA and system training. Supervises two exempt positions: Manager of Reporting and Communications and Graduation Manager.
